Back training by Phil Heath
If you are a bodybuilder who has made it all the way to the Mr. Olympia competition, you are among the best competitors currently in the sport. However, from these chosen ones, the best must always be chosen. Although the judging is sometimes very controversial and fans sometimes disagree with the judges' statements, each year one bodybuilder is chosen to go down in bodybuilding history as the winner of the Mr. Olympia competition.
One of such champions, for example, is the great bodybuilder Phil Heath, who even managed to win this show seven times in a row (2011-2017).

With this number of titles, he is next to Arnold Schwarzenegger, who like Phil has seven wins from this mega show. Lee Haney and Ronni Coleman are the only competitors who have managed to win eight times at Olympia.
The last time we saw this rider was last year when he finished third at the 2020 Olympia. Heath has been on the pro scene since 2005, when he was able to earn his pro card at the NPC USA Championships.
And even though Phil is currently 41 years old, he's still practicing. In one of his latest videos, Heath shares some of the back training routines that have helped him win seven Mr. Olympia titles. At the end of the video, Phil explains each exercise in detail so his viewers understand each individual movement. Phil's YouTube channel has become one of the most popular bodybuilding channels on the internet.
