"21 days of dieting behind me, 114 ahead of me," Ales Lamka walks to the next race

Ales Lamka tried to get a pro card in the NPC federation last season. Even though he participated in many competitions, he was not able to win a professional card, so he will have to try his efforts this season. During last year you could see Ales also at the home and EVLS Prague Amateur 2022, which took place at the end of August. After that he tried his luck in Austria, where he got a better result than at EVLS, but it was not enough to move to pro. He evaluated his feelings after the competition in Austria as follows:

As I said, the form was as good as I could manage. Since Prague, I have pulled 3kg down in one week and weighed 85.2kg.
Realistically, the limit for my category is 86kg. I can pull myself up and push my limit to 89kg.

Goal for next year? Simple

a) To be 1.5kg leaner so that my guts shine through my butt, back and I'm in the best shape ever, no question.

b) To gain 5-7kg of muscle mass to have the most muscle I can have, in addition to being in the best shape.

c) I can't change my face and genetics, just enjoy it and give it my best shot. Looking forward to it!

During last November, Ales again took to Instagram to tell his fans that he believes he will be able to win a pro card in the NPC federation this spring. It will be interesting to see if he actually succeeds and if he becomes the next Czech professional competitor.

Soon the new season will start and I will start with a clear plan and a clear head.

The goal is to come on stage at 89-90kg and have 1,5kg less fat than last competitions.
I'm clear in my head on how everything will go and I believe I will be able to move up to pro in the spring.

I'm looking forward to the start of the recruiting season and mentally preparing for the final Walking Dead a month before the races. I will do my best for it!
