Reviews of protein juices | New on the market!

Recently, many manufacturers have come up with proteins that are dairy-free compared to classic proteins. I would simply call them protein juices and since they are all isolates, they contain a lot of protein but minimal sugar and that's great for both diet and volume, especially in the summer time when you can mix up a great refreshing protein drink instead of the milk chocolate protein that I'm sure we're all overdrinking.

All these fruit proteins foam terribly though, so it's worth whisking up the protein and letting it settle, otherwise you're just drinking foam. That's kind of the only negative thing I haven't gotten used to so far. So far only a few manufacturers make this kind of protein, but all the ones I've had a chance to try have been great. I would like to add at the beginning that with reviews of products where the main thing that is being evaluated is more or less the taste, it is hard to be guided by the fact that I personally might not be impressed by a given flavor and not like it, but someone else will take the same flavor as their favorite, so please take it with a grain of salt. If you're on the fence about which of these proteins to get, but don't want to buy a whole pack right away when you don't know what you're getting into, this review of mine may be helpful.

I tookClear ISO Whey home for a test run with two flavours - Lemon, Lime and Berry. Both flavors surprised me quite a bit as I was expecting a chemical aftertaste, but I fell in love with this protein after the first dose. I only have the smaller half-pound pack at home for now, but once I use it up I'm going to go for the big pack and alternate it with the classic protein. It's definitely different than the classic whey protein, which I associate with a milky taste and creamy consistency. I would compare Clear ISO Whey to some delicious BCAAs, because you'll definitely look forward to this protein-packed drink after your workout. No unnecessary sugar, no milky taste, just protein in lemonade form. I can totally see myself mixing this protein into a glass of ice this summer!

I have to admit that I was a little worried about how this protein juice from Sci-Tec would taste, as I've had a lot of products from them before, so they always smelled a little artificial, anyway, on this protein they've fine tuned it to perfection. The peach and mango is an absolutely great combination, where I didn't mind drinking two servings of this protein at once. Green tea with kiwi the same thing, only drinking one flavor for a whole month I would probably overindulge, so the ideal option is to get a kilo of each flavor and alternate it. Of course, the ingredients are a big bonus too, as there's no sugar, no lactose, no gluten, just the necessary dose of protein in a delicious drink.

I consider this protein to be a pioneer on the Czech market. When we got a few pieces from Big Zone a few years ago, thinking that it would be a hit for the summer, as it was already a hit in Germany, I didn't hesitate to take all the flavours home. None of my friends believed it was a protein though, until when I showed the pixel where the ingredients were, no one believed their own eyes that it was an isolate. For me, the multivitamin and lemon tea flavor was the clear winner. With cold water after a workout, it's really refreshing. The mango and passionfruit is pretty much a sweet flavour and the peach tea the same. However, for sweet protein lovers, this will be just the ticket. The only flavour that really didn't do well was the rhubarb and strawberry, but thankfully they don't make it anymore because I wanted to warn you about that one, it was a really weird protein.

My colleague Robert Humpál also tried this protein and made a short review of it.

I should point out here that you can purchase samples from our website, so you can buy a sample of each flavour for a few crowns and you can get a picture for yourself. I did it exactly the same way and I'll probably repeat myself, but the taste is very good, not sweetened, except for the peach, which is very sweet even from the manufacturer Big Zone. Watermelon and lime are some of the best flavors I could taste among these protein juices. Again, it's an isolate and contains a lot of protein, so anyone looking for a suitable dietary supplement without the dairy consistency definitely won't go wrong with this protein.

ISO Whey ZERO BiotechUSA

It may seem at first glance that I have praised all these proteins equally, but it is probably because I would not know the difference if someone had mixed these tested proteins and did not tell me what manufacturer they are from. All of the flavors are very similar whether it's BiotechUSA, Big Zone or Amix or Sci-Tec, so I wouldn't know the difference. Some people decide based on price, some people decide after thoroughly researching the ingredients, where is what coloring, sweetener, etc. But if you're the same type as me, you choose a product where you get a lot of music for little money, as they say, and that for me is Protein Juice from Big Zone.
