Forskolin - every healthy herb comes in handy!
Coleus forskohlii is an herb used in traditional medicine that reportedly can (especially in men) increase testosterone and improve fat loss. Let's see what the science says
The main bioactive ingredient in Coleus forskohlii is called forskolin. Through forskolin, Coleus forskohlii supplementation can boost testosterone and protect against cancer and inflammation. More research is needed to confirm these effects, as forskolin is most often used as a research tool in vitro or outside the body, for example in a test tube or petri dish. Forskolin may therefore act differently inside the human body.
Forskolin increases cellular levels of a molecule called cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). Increased levels of cAMP are associated with an increased rate of fat breakdown and may also enhance the effects of other fat-burning compounds.
So on paper it all sounds great, but as mentioned above, more research and confirmation of the effects on the human body is needed. Anyway, Forskolin is still being researched for its effects on testosterone and fat burning and the preliminary evidence is promising. It's not expensive either, so you might as well give it a try because any healthy herb fits in our health arsenal
To supplement with Coleus forskohlii, take 250 mg of the supplement, which contains 10% forskolin, twice a day, for a total daily dose of 500 mg.
Note to bulkers - according to rumors circulating among more experienced AS users, forskolin supposedly clears androgen receptors. I've tried to do a lot of searching with my sources, but can't confirm.
