Jan Turek and Milan Šádek a few days before Tsunami Pro Cup Italy 2022

In just a few days, the Tsunami Pro Cup Italy 2022, a competition for professional bodybuilders, will take place in Italy. Two Czech pros - Milan Šádek and Jan Turek - will show their forms at this show. Afterwards, both of them should present themselves at the home competition EVLS Prague Pro 2022, which will surely attract many home fans.

Honza added a video to his YouTube channel yesterday, in which he shows his followers what his daily diet looks like.

At the same time, Honza posted photos of his current form on his social networks one week before the race. How do you think Honza will do in Italy at the races?

Milan Šádek also showed his current form a few days before the races, who varied his preparation during the summer with very successful training camps with Petaro Klančir in the Body Building Klub Krk gym. Milan will certainly want to get the best result, but we will see how he will do at the competitions.
