Milan Šádek visited Croatia again during his preparation for Tsunami Pro Cup 2022!

CzechsHonza Turek, who is a member of the Extrifit and EVLS teams, and Milan Šádek, a member of the Amix Nutrition team, are among the professional bodybuilders who will compete at the Tsunami Pro Cup Italy 2022, which will take place in Rome, Italy, on the second weekend of October.

Many are convinced, or at least hope, that Slovak giant Michal "Križo" Križánek, Honza's new EVLS teammate, who will fight for a pro card at the Olympia Amateur Italy 2022 on Saturday, also hosted by Rome, could also take the podium on Sunday.

Michal's success is therefore not only not in doubt, but many also think that he could, and even should, try the professional stage the very next day. Michal himself has not yet confirmed this eventuality, but neither has he denied it.

Milan, who varied his preparation during the summer with very successful training camps with Petaro Klančir at the Body Building Klub Krk gym, located on the Croatian island of Krk, liked this destination so much that he returned there several times.

This was also the case during these days, when he had a visit with local bodybuilder and coach Lorenzo Marinčić, whose achievements include in particular the second place in the U23 junior category and third place in the men's category up to 90 kg at the Croatian Championships in 2017 and the second place in the junior category in Italy at the NPC Amateur Olympia in 2018.

Thanks to this visit from Milan, we can judge his form as it was captured yesterday, Thursday 29 October, just over a week into the competition. In addition, we can see some footage of him training his back muscles.

Milan recently commented on his current state of mind:

The last two weeks of preparation are always the hardest. Am I ready enough? Should I increase or decrease my training? What about food... even after 19 years of competing I can't answer because I still feel shitty. Good thing I have a coach @tomasburesifbbproofficial who will say and I will do!

What about you? Does Milan really look that naked to you.... ?
