Michal "Križo" Križánek and his brutal form at 132 kg just 2 weeks before his debut in NPC!

Ever since the Slovak colossus Michal "Križo" Križánek joined the NPC federation, information about him, his form or his training appears quite often on our website. It would seem that this "little guy" has nothing to surprise anymore. But the opposite is true!

Every time pictures of his current form appear somewhere on the internet, a rather heated debate starts about the fact that we are dealing with a new professional bodybuilder who will soon stand on the stage of the Mr. Olympia competition, which is the biggest and most important event any bodybuilder can present himself at!

Michal himself has made no secret of his plans for the coming weeks, which are to win a professional card at the Olympia Amateur Italy 2022, which will take place in Rome, Italy on the second weekend of October. After that, he would like to present himself in front of the Czech and Slovak audience at the EVLS Prague Pro 2022, which is one of the biggest events organized on the old continent, and then he would like to stand on the stage of Mr. Olympia, where he would like to compete with the very top of the current bodybuilding scene!

Although Michal himself does not say anything about it, there is quite a big probability that if he manages to win the professional status on Saturday 8th October at the above-mentioned amateur competition, which no one doubts, he could make his professional debut the very next day at the Tsunami Cup Pro 2022, which is also hosted by the capital of Italy. He could then meet Czech pros Milan Šádek and Honza Turek on stage.

In this article we add photos documenting Michal's current form, just two weeks before the premiere, most likely also the derby, in the NPC federation, and at an impressive weight of 132 kilograms!

We also attach a couple of videos that were made during Kriz's back muscle training. What about you, how do you see the Slovak giant's chances of achieving his goals?
