Hafþór Björnsson is back in training! He weighs 152kg and pulled 3x290 on the deadlift

Hafþór Björnsson is one of the biggest fitness icons in the world. Throughout his life, this Icelandic strongman has proven that he can do anything thanks to his determination and indomitable will. In 2018, for example, he became the world's strongest man and in 2020 he set a new world record in the deadlift with 501kg!

However, during this year we could see Thor in the boxing ring, where he fought Eddie Hall. Because of this fight, Hafþór lost around 60kg and showed what his physique looks like with minimal fat. However, when Björnsson saw that he was able to lose that much weight for the sake of the fight, he wondered whether he should try to prepare for some bodybuilding competitions.

Should I try bodybuilding after boxing? I'm reading Coleman's book right now and I'm excited. Love his story," wrote Hafthor Bjornsson in the caption to his post.

He even attended a seminar on posing during the past month, a clear indication that Thor hasn't stopped toying with the idea.

According to his social media posts, we can read that Hafþór is currently back in training at a body weight of 152kg/335lbs. He even picked up his favorite deadlifts in training. He got up to three reps with 290kg!
