Hadi Choopan looks massive ahead of the start of preparations for Mr. Olympia 2022

One of the most famous and best trainers in the world, Hany Rambod, recently shared a photo on his Instagram with his mentee, bodybuilder Hadi Choopan, as he begins to prepare for Mr. Olympia 2022. Hany is a professional trainer who has won an incredible 20 Mr. Olympia titles with his mentees! He even had Phil Heath under his tutelage, who won the Olympia title 7 times!

Hany is originally from Kuwait and immigrated to the United States with his parents just one year after Hano's birth! Rambod competed in bodybuilding as a teenager and during college. He subsequently graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and an emphasis in Neurophysiology. Which was reflected in his coaching style when he came up with a new training method called FST-7 - FST stands for Fascia Stretch Training and 7 = seven sets for the last, or pumping exercise of a given area.

Thanks to this, Hany was chosen as a trainer by Iranian bodybuilder Hadi Choopan. This really great competitor first appeared on the professional scene in 2008 at the Babol National Tournament. However, it wasn't until 2019 that he qualified for the Olympia by winning the 2019 Vancouver Pro. Since then, we've seen him at the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world, Mr. Olympia, every time. Hadi's best finish was third place in 2019 and 2021.

This year, however, Hadi wants to succeed and rise to the imaginary pinnacle of bodybuilding. Hany is helping him to do just that, and he definitely has a plan to take Hadi's physique up another level!
