"Some coaches really aren't qualified, so you have to be careful what you hear," advises Lee Haney
Former IFBB pro Lee Haney is widely regarded as one of the best bodybuilders of all time. He was at the peak of his powers from 1984 to 1991 when he became an eight-time Mr. Olympia title holder. During his career, he competed against three-time champion Frank Zane, six-time winner Dorian Yates, and Hall of Fame member Lee Labrada, to name a few. He is one of the few athletes to retire on top after his last Olympia victory in 1991.

In a recent YouTube video, Lee Haney shared important advice for athletes and fitness fans to take the information they learn on the internet with a grain of salt.
Every now and then an athlete will contact me and ask me about training systems, carb loading, last minute competition prep. I always stress that you have to be careful what you hear on the internet. You have a lot of coaches to choose from. A lot of them are great, but then you have some that really aren't qualified to do it. So you have to be careful what you hear.
