Snakes Choopan, Nick Walker and Samson Dauda share updates on their physiques 10 weeks ahead of Mr. Olympia 2024

The spectacular Mr. Olympia show will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada. In recent Instagram posts shared on August 3, 2024, Hadi Choopan, Samson Dauda and Nick Walker showed off their monstrous forms just 10 weeks before taking the stage. Fans are ready to witness the Open division battle it out on the Mr. Olympia stage and all those who are gunning for the title of Derek Lunsford, who made history last year as the first ever winner of two Mr. Olympia divisions.

Hadi Choopan placed second to his teammate Lunsford at the 2023 Mr. Olympia. Instead of resting, Choopan went back to working on his body and claimed gold medals at the Arnold Classic Ohio and UK 2024, beating Samson Dauda in both events.

Dauda may have taken silver at the last two events after Hadi, but his weight can't be denied - many believe that with enough fitness he could be in contention for the Sandow trophy in the coming months. He recently moved his training camp to Kuwait's Oxygen Gym to prepare for the big event.

"Mutant" Nick Walker goes to the boards with the sole purpose of winning after having to pull out of the 2023 Olympics due to a torn thigh muscle and calf. Despite this setback, Walker made a successful return to the 2024 New York Pro where he narrowly defeated Martin Fitzwater to win his second title.

The Open bodybuilding turnout couldn't have been wilder, and as the contest neared its start, these Open monsters sent warning shots to each other with form updates spread across social media.

Snakes Choopan

Hadi Choopan is determined to reclaim the coveted Mr. Olympia title and is working harder than ever to bring his best to the prestigious stage. Along with an incredible update on his physique, Choopan shared a message to his competitors to let them know where they stand when it comes to beating him this year.

"If you thought you beat me when you wake up in the morning, please excuse me and remember Olympia?" wrote Choopan.

Samson Dauda

Samson Dauda is doing everything he can to improve his back, which has been the most criticised in recent years. This time around, he is trying to turn his back weakness into a strength before he finally returns to the Olympia stage this October 10-13.

"10 weeks until Olympia," Dauda shared.

Nick Walker

Nick Walker is confident he will win the Mr. Olympia title this year and is focused on improving his back, midsection, quadriceps and chest to become number one "this year".

"No fancy lights, straight out of bed," Walker shared.
