Seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath shares his favorite injection combination

Bodybuilding legend Phil Heath is a consistently respected bodybuilder despite retiring from professional competition a few years ago. In a recent post, Heath shared a complete list of substances for his favorite injectable cycle. Phil Heath first drew attention to himself with his monstrous muscle mass, symmetry and 3D delts in the men's Open division in 2006. He dominated the Mr. Olympia competition from 2011 to 2017. After dethroning four-time Mr. Olympia winner Jay Cutler, Heath won every edition in a row until 2017 and had seven Sandow trophies to his credit.

During his time at the top, he shared a fierce rivalry on the podium with another outstanding competitor, Kai Green, and battled some notable rivals such as Cutler and the late former Mr. Olympia Shawn Rhoden.

Heath is still at the center of the bodybuilding scene. His prediction for 2022 Mr. Olympia came true when Hadi Choopan defeated former two-time champion Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Elssbiay two months ago to win the title. Nick Walker also backed up Heath's prediction with an improved third place finish.

Heath sparked rumors of his comeback with his transformation ahead of the upcoming Arnold Classic 2023 competition. He teamed up with bodybuilder Regan Grimes during a chest and shoulder workout and the latter hinted that Heath was preparing to participate in the show, but the latter did not confirm the possibility.

Phil Heath shares his favorite injection "stack"

"I start the morning with BPC-157 and TB-500," Heath said. "I take IGF-1 before my workout, I love that. Before I go to bed I take Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin and sleep like a baby. I feel much leaner when I wake up.

"One great thing about it is that I don't have the carpal tunnel and insulin sensitivity issues that I used to have when taking human growth hormone. That's a really good injectable combination that I have. Of course, I also have 200 mg of testosterone cypionate."

Phil Heath has also been taking cold showers every morning after waking up for more than two years. He encouraged his fans to do so a few weeks ago when he showed his great form. He also recently opened up to people about his battle with body dysmorphia. He revealed that he has been suffering from bigorexia for more than twenty years and preached that it is important to love yourself in the fight against this problem.
