Phil Heath still looks great!

Phil Heath etched his name in the history books with a successful bodybuilding career. He has won the Mr. Olympia title seven times in a row (2011-2017), matching the number of Sandow trophies held by bodybuilding icon Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In 2018, Heath was dethroned by the late Shawn Rhoden after an epic battle on the podium. Despite failing to match Ronnie Coleman's record of eight Olympia titles against Rhoden, Phil tried again the following year. He returned to the Mr. Olympia scene in 2020, but finished the show in third place, behind second place Brandon Curry and champion Big Ramy .

Heath never officially announced his retirement. Last year Phil was struggling with Covid-19 disease and trying to get his health back in good shape. He lost significant weight as a result of the illness, but didn't slack off in the gym.

And just in a recent Instagram post, Heath showed off his huge biceps and looks really great. He also shared his motivational speech.

When you want success more than anyone else, you go through absolute madness to achieve it. Most ordinary people have limiting belief systems and this prevents them from turning their dreams into reality. You have to trust yourself and put your beliefs first. God has given you a gift unlike any other person! You are One of One! If you face your fears daily and do it with a strong and rooted spirit - you will achieve your goals and dreams!
