The American professional bodybuilder Regan Grimes, who, like Samson Dauda, is a pupil of coach Milos Sarchev, has two professional victories to his credit.

The first one was in 2020, when he managed to dominate the Wings of Strength Romania Muscle Fest Pro, which secured him a ticket to Mr. Olympia 2021, where he finished 15th.

His second triumph came at the end of the 2021 season, when he walked off the stage of the KO Squat Pro competition as the winner. This allowed him to compete in the 2022 Olympia as well.

However, despite being a sure qualifier for the Olympia Weekend, Regan opted for two competitive starts at the start of the 2022 season, which were the Arnold Classic and Boston Pro. However, both competitions ended in seventh place finishes for him, which was far from his expectations.

Knowing that he was still not competitive with the very top of the current professional scene, he decided to take a longer competition break, which he would dedicate to building more pounds of muscle mass.

He now wants to capitalize on his efforts at the Flex Weekend Pro 2023, which will take place on September 10 in Milan, Italy, where he will be one of the opponents of our own Honza Turk.

Grimes not only wants to show that he has been able to improve in terms of muscular development, but he also wants to come in with excellent final fitness. As he states himself, he wants to show toned muscle wherever he can. And as the images that accompany the article prove, he is well on his way to achieving that! Judge for yourself.
