Michal "Križo" Križánek at chest and shoulder training 3 weeks before Empro Classic 2024

Just over a week now separates Slovak pro Michal "Križo" Križánek from his start at the Empro Classic 2024 in Spain, where he will defend last year's triumph.

With William Bonac, among others, planning to take the podium at the aforementioned event, Michal's journey to defend his victory will certainly not be easy.

Bonac, who managed to score a great second place at the 2019 Mr. Olympia, last wore a competition swimsuit a year and a half ago, at the Arnold Classic 2023, where he had to settle for seventh place. After that setback, he decided to take a longer break, and now he is hungry to show that he is still among the very top.

Can Michal, the seventh man in last year's Olympia, cope with him and qualify for Mr. Olympia for the third time in a row? We will find out in a few days. Now we can take a look at Michal's chest and shoulder training, which took place three weeks before the Spanish competition.
