Michal Krizanek 13 weeks before Pittsburgh Pro 2025

Michal Križánek is back on the training scene again after having to rest due to a shoulder injury. After complications that prevented his shoulder injury from competing in the second half of last year, Michal is fully recovered again. His recent performance at the 2024 Empro Classic Pro, where he finished a solid third place, is a testament to his indomitable spirit and determination. Now that he's ready to return, he's focused on building the strength and detail that can give him an edge over the competition.

"I feel like I've fully overcome the injury and I'm ready to throw myself into my preparation for the Pittsburgh Pro," said Michal after training

His words are a testament to his confidence and his clear-cut plan, which includes not only the Pittsburgh Pro, but other prestigious competitions as well.

Plans for the 2025 season

Michal Krizo does not intend to limit himself to just one competition. In addition to the Pittsburgh Pro, he also plans to compete in the New York Pro and Dubai Pro. This ambitious tour will put him up against the biggest names in the bodybuilding world.

With only 13 weeks until the Pittsburgh Grand Finals, his training regimen is likely to change even more.

"After this phase I will see how my body is doing and then move on to more intensive training - only 12 weeks to go until the competition," said Michal.

Michal Krizanek's comeback is an inspiration to all those facing unexpected injuries or setbacks. His determination and precise approach to training prove that with hard work and proper planning, even the toughest challenges can be overcome.
