Michal "Križo" Križánek is 4 months after the surgery in the process again - he weighs 138 kg!

The 2024 season was supposed to be the one when the Slovak colossus Michal "Križo" Križánek would stand on the podium of the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world, i.e. Mr. Olympia, in which he reached a great seventh place in 2023.

Michal, who is the face of Scitec Nutrition, had already tried to qualify for this world show in mid-May at the Empro Classic 2024, where he entered as the defending champion from 2023. However, as we know, he failed to win and had to settle for third place.

And unfortunately, he didn't add another competitive start, as he had to end the season early due to a shoulder injury that required surgery and a long recovery.

The plan was to try to put it together so that he could start the EVLS Prague Pro 2024 and try to qualify early for Olympia Weekend 2025. However, even that didn't happen as the recovery required a much longer period than anticipated.

But now, four months after the surgery, Michal is really back, training is going like clockwork, and the muscles are growing like a dream!

The proof of this is the photo Michal posted on his Instagram. He adds:

"4 months after surgery, and Krizik is starting to look like a man again. He's fasting at 138 kilos, and the strength is slowly returning!"

So let's hope we see him back on the competition stages again soon, hopefully even on the Mr. Olympia 2025 stage!
