Josef Květoň with the Limitless Biochem team in Amsterdam: Giant forms, great team and training to the core
Czech bodybuilder Josef Květoň shared on his Instagram some snippets from his weekend trip to the Dutch capital. Together with the Limitless Biochem team they went to Amsterdam, and judging by the current form in the photos and the caption, the whole event was a great success.
Coolness and extreme effort in the gym
In his post, Josef praises especially the great atmosphere. Despite the fact that, in his words, "a big bunch" went to Amsterdam, everything was absolutely calm and stress-free. The program of the trip was clear and typical for bodybuilders: a good workout and a good meal.
The humorous insert in the text proves that they definitely did not spare themselves in the gym and went beyond their limits. Joseph, with a laughing emoticon, revealed that the intensity was so great that one of the expedition members even threw up.
Fan reaction: 'The biggest robot I've ever seen!'
The photo from the gym, in which Josef and another massive colleague show off their incredible muscle volumes and veins in front of the mirror, understandably did not leave the fans cold. The comments below the post are full of fire and words of admiration for the incredible hard work behind such a physique.
- "This is the biggest robot I've ever seen!!!"
- Another fan jokingly followed up on the mention of nausea by adding his own experience with apparently very intense exercise or a strong dietary supplement: "I felt weird after Bulldog too."
Successful mission
The whole trip was obviously in a very positive and friendly spirit. Josef Květoň did not hide his enthusiasm and immediately confirmed that he was looking forward to another similar team event. Moreover, he did not forget to remind the fans of his discount code for accessories from the sponsor of the expedition.
