Product description HMS Weight vest KTO05 - 5kg
The HMS KTO05 weighted vest is the ideal tool for training with your own weight. The vest, when put on and fastened, fits close to the body and thus can evenly increase the load when training most exercises from deadlifts on the trapeze, through push-ups to running.
The vest is made of neoprene which is very comfortable to the touch and is also water repellent. Sand is used as the weight, so the vest has a fixed weight and cannot be adjusted.
