Brute force! Czech giant Josef Květoň squatted 300 kg twice at 140 kg
While his monstrous bulk and incredibly separated quadriceps at 140 kilos of live weight were recently discussed, Josef now showed what these legs actually grow from. On his Instagram, he shared a brutal powerlifting feat that would make even elite powerlifters envious.
A record-breaking atmosphere
He loaded an incredible 300 kilograms on the barbell and logged two straight clean reps with them. What drove him to such an extreme performance? In his own words, it was the environment itself.
"300 out of place Yesterday, the atmosphere in the gym was so great that I just had to give it a go."
Květon wrote on the post, confirming that when the right group and energy come together in the gym, limits cease to exist.

Target for next time: Five reps!
Anyone who thought that two reps with that weight would satisfy Joseph would be wrong. The Czech heavyweight plans to push his limits further. In his post, he confidently added:
"Next time we'll go for 5 reps."
Josef Květoň proves once again that his current "off-season" is gaining incredible momentum. Weighing in at 140 kg, with huge muscle quality and now extreme strength performances, it is clear that when this Czech giant arrives on the pro stage in competition form, it will be an unforgettable spectacle. We are watching the birth of one of the strongest and most powerful competitors of our time!
