With bulging biceps, Baena commands attention not only for his pedigree but also his undeniable passion for fitness. From lifting weights to perfecting his form, he has sculpted a physique that could rival the Terminator himself. Joseph Baena explains that he got his chiseled look through determination and hard work, often hitting the gym with retired bodybuilding star Mike O'Hearn for intense workouts.

While Joseph Baena has made it clear that he doesn't want to live in his father's shadow, fans can't help but wonder if he will follow in Arnold Schwarzenegger's footsteps and become a competitive bodybuilder. While Baena is pursuing an acting career, he has expressed interest in participating in a bodybuilding show, but nothing as big as Mr. Olympia.

Joseph Baena revealed that he doesn't use banned substances and doesn't feel he needs to

Fans wondered if Baena would start taking steroids to further enhance his body. In a recent YouTube video, Joseph Baena set the record straight about his PED use and explained that he doesn't feel the need to take steroids to achieve his ideal look.

"I never took steroids because I didn't feel like I needed it. I guess somehow it came out, I'm more interested in what would happen. A lot of people, that's like half of my comments are like 'can you finally add the juice already, bro,'" Baena explained.

Jospeh Baena has no intention of hopping on any steroids, but that still hasn't stopped followers from asking what his cycle would look like if he did.

"If, something simple. A little test, a little D-Bol."
