Egyptian colossus Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Elssbiay 5 weeks before Mr. Olympia 2020!
Author: The main favourites to win this year's Mr. Olympia, which will take place in early December, are last year's winner, and thus also the defending champion Brandon Curry, and seven-time champion Phil Heath.
But we must not forget about the other fighters who will take part in this celebration of professional bodybuilding! One of them is undoubtedly the Egyptian colossus Mamdouh Elssbiay, known as "Big Ramy"!

Chad Nicholls, a respected guru of the sport, has clear plans for Mamdouh for the next 5 weeks. Not to worry about volumes, as the Egyptian has plenty of those, but to focus on every detail to ensure 100% readiness!
Below you can watch a video that will give you an idea of where "Big Ramy" is with volumes and form these days.
