Don't hesitate a minute and check out the current form of HUNTER LABRADA!

Still starting his professional career, American bodybuilder Hunter Labrada is one of those fighters who very often provide us with material about the ongoing preparations for individual competitions. However, it does not matter with him, because it is a pleasure to see not only his symmetrical figure, but also his form, which is simply always excellent!
One could even say that the form that Hunter possesses even long weeks before the competition, some can't even offer right on the day of the competition!

His current preparation, as we have already informed you, is towards the Wings of Strength Chicago 2021 competition, which will take place in Atlanta on July 23-24.

On the stage of this event, one of his opponents will be Joe Mackey, who these days has partnered with the coaching duo of Dennis James and Chad Nicholls, who are behind Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Elssbiay's winning the Mr. Olympia title for 2020!

Below you can see a couple of photos that show Hunter's form about 14 weeks before the competition at 125 kg... To these he adds:

We are really pleased with the progress we have made in a very short time out of competition, after a very long 2020 competition season. We're looking forward to what the next 14 weeks will bring and seeing what else I can put on.

As far as diet goes, we've made a few minor changes to the plan. I cut back on rice crackers, stopped drinking a glass of juice with every meal, started cutting back on free meals, which I've been doing at least every other day.
I've included 4 whey isolates. Before that, for the last 8 years I had been drinking 2 cups of egg whites and 2 cups of oatmeal, which was my first and last meal of the day in the off season.
As an experiment, I decided to replace the egg whites with hydrolyzed isolate to see what it would do to my digestion, and I can honestly say the difference was shocking! Much less bloating, indigestion and gas.

I still haven't put in a minute of cardio. I know I said I'd add 20 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach, but since I cut back on crackers, juice and free foods, my weight started dropping fast enough that we decided to stay cardio free for a while.
