The gelatine capsules contain the oil of fish living in Arctic waters. The oil is a rich source of essential omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, especially eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is achieved when 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day is taken. A simultaneous intake of antioxidants such as vitamin E is advisable.

Overall fish consumption in the Czech Republic is very low and has been stagnating at 5 to 5.5 kg per person per year for the last few years. In comparison, the average annual consumption per capita is 16 kg, compared to 11 kg in the EU. Fish oil capsules are an effective solution to enrich your daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids.

Recommended dosage:

• 2-4 capsules per day.
