Recommended daily dosage of Beggs Balanced Hair&Skin Complex:

• 1 capsule 3 times a day. 1 capsule per day (1 serving).
• Take in the morning on an empty stomach or with a meal. Take 2 additional doses at any time during the day before or with meals.
• Suitable for children from 3 years of age. Also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
