Recommended dosage of Teen Revive (Immunity, Resilience, Vitality - Teens):

• Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 250-300 ml of water and drink immediately. Take 1 sachet per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, before breakfast, 5 times a week.

Caution: not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Consult a physician if taking regular medication. May contain traces of soy, milk and fish.
