100% ORGANIC SPIRULINA (Arthrospira platensis)

Spirulina is one of the many forms of freshwater algae that grow in warmer, alkaline but clean water. The name spirulina is derived from the Latin word for "spiral" due to the "curly" structure of the microscopic fibers of this unique algae. Spirulina contains 69% protein, including all essential amino acids.

In addition, Spirulina is one of the few plants that are a source of the bioactive form of vitamin B12. Spirulina also contains high concentrations of other nutritional nutrients - amino acids, chelated minerals, pigments, trace elements, the enzyme SOD, essential fatty acids - all in the forms most usable by our bodies.

Spirulina belongs to the group of so-called blue-green algae, thanks to the content of important pigments chlorophyll (green) and phytocyanine (blue). Spirulina is one of the few blue-green algae that lacks a cellulose cell wall, making it perfectly digestible for our body.

100% ORGANIC YOUNG GREEN WHEAT (Triticum aestivum), 100% ORGANIC YOUNG GREEN BARLEY (Hordeum vulgare)

Rich sources of chlorophyll and other important nutrients. Young green wheat contains over 90 forms of mineral elements.

Both sources contain all 8 essential amino acids, as well as a number of bioactive enzymes, including the super enzyme SOD (Super Oxide Dismutase), a wide range of vitamins and chelated minerals and other valuable substances. High levels of beta-carotene, B vitamins, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, phosphorus and zinc are among the most important.

100% ORGANIC ALPHALFA - VITAMIN LEAVES (Medicago Sativa)

Alfalfa is a valuable source of important nutrients. One of the reasons for this is the deep root system, so the plant can really "pull the best out of the ground". Alfalfa is rich in important vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, enzymes and chlorophyll.

100% ORGANIC ASCOPHYLLUM SEAWEED (Wild Wrack Seaweed )

This special variety of seaweed, is an unrivalled source of macro and micro-nutrients that can make up to 36% of the dry matter! High iodine content.

100% ORGANIC CHLORELLA (Specially disrupted cell wall - maximized digestibility)

Chlorella is a unique unicellular algae that grows in pure water. The main components of chlorella that show significant benefits are chlorophyll, beta-carotene and CGF (Chlorella Growth Factor). Chlorella has the highest chlorophyll content of any plant and also contains high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, nucleic acids, amino acids, enzymes and other phytonutrients.

Recommended dosage:

• Soul Food Green may in some cases, due to its intense detoxifying effect, especially initially, have accompanying phenomena such as thinner, smelly stools, which is due to the cleansing of the intestinal tract (positive manifestation - removal of impurities). With regular dosage, however, this condition quickly harmonises in the desired direction.
• 1-3 teaspoons per day with meals.

Detoxification cure: optimal length of one cure: 4-6 weeks / We recommend to include a regular cleansing cure once every six months. Viridian Detox Box, Fibre Complex with F.O.S.

Standard, long-term dosage. In this range, an occasional dosage of 1 x daily is sufficient.

Note: due to the high concentration, each teaspoon contains approx. 4 g of the mixture = extra high content of active ingredients!! We recommend to compare with other, competing sources e.g. dried young green barley, where one teaspoon usually offers only 1-2 grams.

Please note: Not suitable for children. For pregnant and breastfeeding women, use of the product is recommended after consultation with a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a balanced varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Suitable for vegan diets. Dietary supplement.
