Fiber Mix is a vegan drink that is rich in fiber. Fiber Mix consists of 5 different types of fiber.

This drink contains only known sources of fiber such as psyllium husk or glucomannan, also known as konjac extract.

Preparations containing glucomannan or psyllium are widely used in low-calorie diets, for example to thicken soups, but are also often mixed into yoghurt or porridge. Fiber Mix contains both, plus we've added three additional fibers such as inulin, citrus fiber and fructooligosaccharides. As icing on the cake, Fiber Mix contains only 10 calories per serving!

Recommended dosage:
