Hemp as a plant has a very wide range of uses. It is used to make paper, cloth or medicinal ointments. In the case of the seeds, there is no need to worry about the presence of THC, as this substance is only found on the leaves and flowers.
The skin of the seeds is very hard and difficult to digest, so only the peeled seeds are usually used. The unhulled seeds are particularly suitable for making a drink and are suitable for germination. Hemp seeds should be stored in the fridge and used quickly. We do not recommend roasting or soaking the peeled seeds, as they are not suitable for this purpose. On the contrary, it is very suitable for cheese making.
