The product contains a combination of vitamin biotic and minerals - zinc and selenium - to support the normal condition of hair, nails and skin. Biotin belongs to the group of B vitamins and contributes, among other things, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental activity. Zinc and selenium are known antioxidants that are involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress, which is caused by an imbalance of free radicals and antioxidants in the human body. Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system, thereby improving the body's natural defences. Zinc supports the maintenance of normal bone and vision and contributes to normal cognitive functions. Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function.

Biotin is also sometimes referred to as vitamin H. This name is derived from the German words "haar" and "haut", which translated mean "hair" and "skin". The name of the vitamin was derived from its importance to the human body.

Recommended dosage:

• 1 tablet per day. Swallow the whole tablet with sufficient liquid. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the dosage will be determined by the doctor.
