Recommended dosage:

• Shake a 40g portion vigorously in a shaker with 250ml of water or milk until thickened. Depending on your daily protein requirement, consume 1 - 2 servings per day, between meals. Maximum 2 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
