This product contains 30% high quality protein from multiple sources.

SCITEC PROTEIN PANCAKE can be used to quickly make nutrient-rich pancakes for yourself at any time. Once you've tasted our fantastic pancakes, you'll never want to go back to classic low-protein pancakes. The main advantage of PROTEIN PANCAKE is that you can easily provide your muscles with sufficient amounts of fast and slow absorbing proteins (whey, egg, casein) in a very pleasant way. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass, its growth and also to the maintenance of normal bone health.*

Recommended dosage:

• Mix 37 g (1 scoop) Protein Pancake and approx. 1/2 scoop milk.
• Shake or stir thoroughly until the consistency resembles conventional pancake batter
• pour into a non-stick frying pan and fry over a low heat until the pancake is golden brown on both sides
• experiment with batter thickness, pancake size, frying time until you get your favourite final version
