• You can just supplement your recommended daily protein intake (at least 1 to 1.5 g of protein per 1 kg of weight) with WPC protein. One normal dose is 30g and you dissolve it in 3dcl of water. Use 1-3 times a day. Ideally 30 min to an hour after training. Can also be used as a daily snack.
