GreenFood Nutrition Buckwheat Protein Porridge are ready-made instant mixes with low sugar content and high protein content (40%) designed for the preparation of tasty gluten and lactose free porridges. Even without stabilisers, preservatives and chemical flavourings, we have managed to achieve an excellent taste and maintain maximum nutritional value.The protein porridge is based on protein from the bedding farms of the German manufacturer Ovobest and complex carbohydrates derived from buckwheat, which have a low glycaemic index and release energy more slowly. Recommended Dosage:
