Magnesium and Zinc Chelate + Vitamin D3 is a blend of essential minerals in chelate form and vegan Vitamin D3. Better absorption of Vitamin D3 is achieved by taking it with a diet containing fat (e.g. salmon, avocado) and taking Vitamin K2 at the same time. The advantage of chelated minerals is that they are better able to reach their destination, unchanged, in the body.

Each dose contains the maximum safe daily allowable dose of vitamin D3 as determined by the State Institute for Drug Control.
