Vitargo is a patented form of carbohydrate. The molecule of Vitargo is almost identical to the molecular structure of muscle sugar - glycogen in the human body. It does not contain aspartame!
Recommended Dosage:
- One scoop contains approximately 37.5 g of powder. The recommended dosage is 1 scoop mixed in 300 ml of cold water about 30 min. before physical exercise and another scoop during a longer exercise. Mix thoroughly in a small amount of water (1 scoop in approx. 100 ml) and then top up with the remaining water.
Please note: Not for use by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store dry at temperatures up to 25oC, protect from direct sunlight and from freezing. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage.
