Pure L-glutamine to support recovery and results of strength and endurance training. L-glutamine has properties related to protein absorption, proteosynthesis and the state of the intestinal mucosa. It can therefore be used to support recovery from endurance or strength sports. D-biotin is an important vitamin that affects energy production and amino acid metabolism. Vitamin C is important for the normal functioning of the immune system and overall regeneration.

About the Leader brand
Leader Foods is a Finnish professional dietary supplement brand founded in 2001. It manufactures premium nutritional supplements for sports and outdoor. Recommended dosage:
- Mix 5 g (approx. 2.5 teaspoons) with a glass of water (2 dcl). Drink before or after training. The pack contains 60 doses.
