Recommended dosage of Reflex Muscle Bomb Caffeine Free:

• Individual Tolerance Testing: Due to the powerful formula and stimulating effects of Muscle Bomb^®, we strongly recommend that you test your individual tolerance to this product. Wait 30 minutes to test your tolerance. If all is well, take another 15 g after the 30 minutes to test your tolerance to the product. Two doses at the same time is the maximum, never try more! The measuring cup is not completely accurate, we recommend weighing the dose.
• Training days. Mix 15-30g (approx 1-2 heaped 25ml scoops) with 300-400ml of water in a shaker or blender and consume on an empty stomach 30-40 min before training. Consume the prepared drink immediately after mixing.

• Non-workout days: mix 15g (approx. 1 heaped 25ml scoop) with 300ml water in a shaker or blender and consume on an empty stomach. Consume the prepared drink immediately after mixing.
• Take the product for a maximum of 12 weeks, and discontinue use for 4 weeks before using again. After that you can start using again.
