Folic acid is a water-soluble vitamin from the B vitamin group. The content of this vitamin is lost due to the thermal processing of food, and it is therefore very useful to supplement it in the form of vitamin supplements.
Recommended dosage:
- 1 tablet once a day.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!
