Recommended dosage of USN Wooma Energy Gel:

• Take 1 sachet of gel every 30 minutes during a workout or race. Always drink at least 250 ml of water at the same time. Take 1-3 times a day during training or race. Do not exceed consumption of 3 sachets of gel per 60 minutes.
