Whey Amino Hydro has a very low carbohydrate and fat content, so you can use it in both volume training and rhythm training. The tablets are very concentrated and potent, yet the tablet size is pleasantly small and therefore easier to swallow.

Recommended dosage:

• Take 3 Whey Amino Hydro tablets 4 times a day, preferably between meals.
