GreenDay® CLA 1000 is a dietary supplement with 80% conjugated linoleic acid in a soft gelatin capsule. Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring group of linoleic acid derivatives found in beef, dairy products and vegetable oils (sunflower and safflower).

CLA is a naturally occurring omega 6 fatty acid that the human body cannot produce on its own and must be supplied by diet or supplements.

Recommended Dosage:

• Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Take 1 capsule, taken 1 capsule per day, with sufficient water.

Warning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This product is not intended for use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25oC, protect from direct sunlight and from frost. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage.
