Pure hydrolysed whey protein isolate with extremely high protein content - up to 92%, with added L-arginine HCl, lactose and gluten free, no added sugar. Thanks to hydrolysis, it gets into your muscles quickly, providing immediate amino acid loading. Hydro Whey Zero is low in carbohydrates and fat, it doesn't retain any water, making it a good choice during competition training or even the competition itself. The added amino acids contribute to faster muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness.
Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate (WPH) is a pre-digested and partially hydrolyzed protein powder. During hydrolysis, special enzymes are used to break the protein chains into shorter peptides, resulting in faster digestion and absorption of the protein. In addition, highly hydrolysed proteins are less allergenic than other proteins and are therefore often used in protein and nutritional supplements for medical purposes.
Recommended dosage:
- Mix one serving (22 g, i.e. 2 heaped tablespoons) of Hydro Whey Zero in 250 ml of water or skimmed milk.
- on training days, take 2 doses per day - 1 dose in the morning and the second dose immediately after training
- on rest days, take 1 dose in the morning and the other in the evening
- do not exceed the recommended dosage
