Vojta Koritenský - On The Top: Get Ready VIII

Vojta Koritenský, a long-time member of the Extrifit team, comes to us with the next, this time already 8th part of his video series On The Top: Get Ready.

In it, the former Jim Manion IFBB Professional League competitor, who is currently competing in the competitive IFBB Elite Pro, goes on a training trip to his Extrifit Gym, which, like all other fitness centers in the country, is closed due to government measures.

We're here at the Extrifit Gym. As you can see, it's a sad sight. But the only thing left for me to do is at least go work out, which many of you can't. I'm sorry.

But before Vojta worked out, he went to NãPLAVKA café & music bar, where he showed us the preparation of chicken supreme, a dish that can be found on the menu of this restaurant.

During the video he also shows us his current form. It is still excellent, and the reason is that Vojta is not done competing for this year!
Just like Aleš Bursa, he would like to compete at the Arnold Classic Europe in December, which will take place in Spain.

Towards the end of the picture we have a chance to see new products of Vojta's company GYM GUN, which is engaged in the production of fitness equipment.
