He was talking about chest training in front of a camera held by Pavel Vacek.
Apart from training, this member of the Extrifit team tells us that in May he will start his pre-contest preparation, which will be directed towards the autumn part of the season. Here, for now, there is only one single competition in his weight class up to 95 kg, the Arnold Classic Europe 2022, which will also be the World Professional Championships.
