UFC 275 | Teixeira vs Prochazka: Who do the bettors think will win? We know who to bet on!

All martial arts spectators can look forward to another performance by Czech samurai Jiri Prochazka, who will fight for the title in Singapore against Brazilian veteran Glover Teixeira, who is defending the welterweight division title for the first time at the age of 42. Early Sunday morning CET, Jirka will enter the UFC 275 tournament.

Since 2015, Prochazka has been doing extremely well, in fact, he has a 12 fight win streak! You may still remember Jirka's second fight in the UFC from last year, when he fought Dominick Reyes. With a minute left in the second act, Procházka literally shut down his rival with a massive elbow from a spin! Are you also hoping like we are that we will see a good fight in the upcoming bout?

Anyone who follows Jiri knows very well that this Czech wrestler exudes a certain spirituality and that's why even abroad he was asked questions about religion.

"I don't believe in it, because a modern person should know that there is no religion. There is only energy, which is determined by the will," Procházka said.

UFC 275 will be personally overseen by former welterweight division champion Jan Błachowicz. He's going to check out his two potential future opponents. He's already met Teixeira once, the Brazilian stealing the title belt from him last year.

"If I go with Jiri, it will be good for us because the fight could take place in Europe. Then it would be one of the biggest European fights ever, whether we fight in Poland or the Czech Republic. If Jiri and I fought in the national stadium in Poland, with Joanna Jędrzejczyk or Mateusz Gamrot on the card, 60,000 people would come to watch," Błachowicz thinks in an interview with the MMA Fighting website.

Let's take a look at the betting window now. On Tipsport.cz, bettors are clearly investing their money on Jirka Prochazka and quite clearly! 92% of bettors believe in Jirka and so do we. So, if someone would like to bet on the match but doesn't know which horse to put their money on, they can be inspired by other bettors.

We've been charting Jirko's journey in MMA since 2019 when he became champion in the Japanese Rizin organization, so we're keeping our fingers crossed for Jirko's next fight!
