However, when he decided to pursue MMA, he realized that too much muscle mass was more of a hindrance in his fights.

Therefore, he decided to go down in weight to gain more mobility and improve his performance in the ring. Rendys is determined to push his limits and continuously improve, which is clearly evident in his hard training under the guidance of top trainers.
