Larry Wheels showed a tip to develop a huge and strong back
I'm sure you've heard the name Larry Wheels before. This is a fighter who is not afraid of any challenges, but also really heavy weights. That's why his main focus is on power triathlon. But as we said, this strongman is not afraid of any challenges. As a result, he has made the leap from the heavy weights to the bodybuilding podium, taking first place at the NPC Gold Coast Muscle Classic amateur competition in California on February 3, 2018!

In just under a year (Jan 26-27) we could see Larry at The 2019 Odd Haugen All-American Strength Challenge. He was prepared for these amateur strongman competitions by Hafthor Bjornsson, who was the world's best strongman at the time. And how did Larry do? He won again!
However, Larry also gained another name to his name, that of arm wrestler. Wheels thought he would challenge World Armwrestling League heavyweight champion Michael Todd to a wrestling match. But he could only move his arm a few inches. Todd, on the other hand, flipped Larry's arm very easily.
And just recently, this bodybuilder/strongman/powerlifter/arm wrestler uploaded a video to his Instagram showing his tip for developing a huge and strong back. It involves doing dumbbell pull-ups in the front squat with 220kg! With this weight, Larry was able to do an incredible 10 reps! So if you want to have a similar airport to this dude, include this exercise!
