Supplementation and diet of Honza Turek 3 days before EVLS Prague Pro 2021

Not so long ago, we offered you a leg training by Czech professional bodybuilder Honza Turek, who will be on the stage of the 8th edition of the EVLS Prague Pro, the biggest event in Europe, this Saturday, November 6, together with other Czechs Pavel Beran and Slavoj Bednar!

Below we attach a video that Honza shot for you just 3 days before he will enter the competition stage, where besides the above mentioned Czechs, he will be waiting for such stars of the current professional scene as Nathan De Asha, Roelly Winklaar or Regan Grimes.

The video will take you through his entire day, and show you what his diet and supplementation looks like.
