Strongman Oleksii Novikov shares his experience of military training with Ukrainian soldiers

One of the best strongmen in the world is Ukrainian Oleksii Novikov, who has other things on his mind lately than just preparing for competitions. Earlier this year the war started in Ukraine and being a proud patriot Oleksii is trying to help his homeland as much as he can. There have always been not only classical wars, where soldiers fight against each other with weapons, but also political wars, which (I think) Novikov is taking part in.

You'd be hard pressed to find this strongman in the trenches, but because he's one of the best strongmen in the world and has a big voice in the world of strength training and a large following, he may just be influencing behind the scenes fights that aren't being watched by the media.

Oleksii's YouTube channel recently released a video in which he shows how he trains tactics together with soldiers. Although it may appear that Novikov is preparing for battle, I would not be completely fooled and would rather believe in good propaganda, which plays a role in all wars. And it is within the propaganda that Oleksii is operating, as during the last two competitions(Arnold Strongman Classic / Europe's Strongest Man) he has spoken about the situation that plagues his country, so information about the war can only spread.

And you can watch a video of Oleksii practicing military tactics just below.
